Run and improve the site. Analytics and cookies. Legitimate interests and consent where required.
Send updates if you opt in. Email address. Consent.
Keep business records if you become a client. Contact and billing. Legal obligation.

How long we keep it
Contact form messages. 12 months.
Booking details. 24 months.
Google Analytics data. Up to 26 months.
Client records needed for tax. Up to 6 years.
We delete sooner if you ask and we have no legal reason to keep it.

Sharing and locations
We use trusted vendors to run the site and bookings: Squarespace for hosting, Google Analytics for analytics, Calendly for scheduling, and an email provider. Some processing may happen outside the UK or EU. When that happens we use adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, and request portability. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email james@metismediastudio.com.

We use SSL, strong passwords, and device encryption. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
